The workday is in full swing, you feel tired and your productivity is declining? Then it's time for a short break and mental recovery
Find a quiet place where no one will distract you; make yourself comfortable, turn on the "Midday Acoustic Recharge" playlist, close your eyes and immerse yourself in the world of music
This playlist is designed to help you recharge as efficiently as possible
Instruments:
The first 4 compositions are led by acoustic string instruments (double bass, violin and guitar). Their sound, especially the violin, helps to achieve a sense of clarity in the head
The central compositions of the playlist are orchestral and the most instrumentally rich, which enhances their ability to bring mental clarity
The last composition with a saxophone solo will help you smoothly complete the musical pause and return to work energized and inspired
Temporythms:
The light jazz rhythms at the beginning and end of the playlist are somewhat freer and closer to our usual state. Classical rhythms, on the contrary, are more structured and systematic, which helps to best balance the emotional state and structure thoughts
And now - more about each composition:
We begin our musical recharge with the composition "If This Bass Could Only Talk" performed by Stanley Clarke. The unusual combination of a double bass solo with a tap dance immediately attracts and focuses our attention, and the playfulness of the composition itself distracts us from the tense work atmosphere
Next, we move on to the eternal and well-known classics - Vivaldi, "The Four Seasons, Violin Concerto in F minor, op.8, #4, RV 297 performed by Giuliano Carmignola and Venice Baroque Orchestra (Andrea Marcon). My choice of this performance is not accidental, and I will be happy to share its history with you when you visit us. And for now, let's take a breath of fresh frosty air, listening to "Winter" ('L'inverno'), starting with its emotionally turbulent Allegro non molto, and smoothly moving on to the lyrical Largo to calm thoughts and relieve tension
Now that we have entered a state of comfortable deep listening and tuned in to a classical mode, let's listen to a whole concert lasting 7 minutes: Giuliani, Guitar Concerto #1 in A op.30: 3. Polonaise (Allegretto) performed by Pepe Romero - one of the most famous members of the Romero family, guitar masters. This piece will give a real deep sense of balance, which we so lacked in the work process
And a pleasant end to our musical pause will be the jazz composition "Smile" performed by Scott Hamilton, Greg Gissbert, Norman Simmons, Dennis Irwin and Chuck Riggs, which, with its very name and its sound, will cause a slight smile on your face and add energy to return to work
Enjoy!
