I believe in the power of live conversation. 30 years of observation across 20 countries have taught me that no screen can replace the depth of face-to-face connection

That is why I prioritize offline: focus groups, in-depth interviews and ethnography. I am convinced that no technology can capture what a researcher feels by being truly present in people's everyday lives
